Flourish is about accessing your power so that you can have a far greater impact in your life, your family, business and community.
Whether you are a mom or a businesswoman or a coach or a strategist or a blogger or a teacher, you didn’t train and educate yourself to be mediocre at what you do.
You chose your profession due to your desire to be a change maker.
My mom is one of the best entrepreneurs that I know. She is the owner of a nursery school. When she started this school 14 years ago, she started with one child. Read that again… she started with ONLY ONE CHILD.
She didn’t call it quits. She persevered. She showed-up daily and with great resilience.
Today she has built an empire. She has 16 people in her employment. My dad was given the opportunity to go on early retirement. She has a waiting list for parents wanting their children to be in her school.
My mom taught me the value of accessing your inner power to have greater impact.

What is a business coach? As with all other coachings, a coach illuminates all the things. It helps to clarify the vision and the goals. A coach helps to take you from where you are to where you want to be.
When you learn to access your inner power, you learn the value of who you are and what you have to offer.
What my business coach helped me with:
- even if only one shows up, show up amazingly for that one
- don’t be discouraged by the numbers
- do business with great integrity and you will be rewarded
- don’t be shy to invest in your business and hire the right people {teamwork makes dreamwork}
A woman can sometimes be afraid to flourish. These fears are irrational and based on the judgement and expectations of others. You need to let go of those fears. You cannot be held back anymore by what anybody else is saying.
You, your family, your business, your dreams and vision are of utmost importance. Don’t be held back by what anyone else is saying.
When you access your inner power. When you know who you are and what you have to offer, you can:
- show up as your real and authentic self
- be curious about the possibilities about life
- be strong, brave, bold and actively engaged in your life

A woman who is flourishing is beautiful inside and out because she knows the value she is bringing to the table. She knows her worth. Because of her value she keenly takes care of herself physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
A woman who is flourishing is experiencing joy, despite of her circumstances.
A woman who is flourishing is in full bloom because she was nourished in non-blooming times. Flourish and nourish go hand-in-hand.
A woman who is flourishing is real and authentic. She shares who she is boldly and bravely with her family, her business and her community.

I wasn’t always a flourishing woman. I faced my struggles head-on. With dedication, introspection and a whole lot of work, I am flourishing, thriving and blooming for myself, my family and my business.
